Challenges in waste management -

Lack of awareness in people & co-ordination with staff
  1. Unregulated discharge from leather tanneries in Kanpur
  2. It will not succeed without adequate waste management infrastructure and pollution control measures
  3. Cities cannot succeed without an overarching framework to deal with the generation, management and disposal of waste.
  4. Sewage treatment capacity was only less than its total sewage generation. 
  5. There are still no proper dumping facilities on highways due to which people throw their waste om roads carelessly.
  6. Corruption, Ground report is different than the actual report.

  6. Create a chain system between municipal corporation and public
chain for waste management
  1. In the present scenario, if there is any blockage in the drainage system, then it is difficult to figure out the exact location of blockage.

  1. The system monitors the flow of water from the sewage pipeline.
  2. Using the flow sensor it detects the variation of flow and collect data.
  3. Give the alert when any blockage detected.
  4. The power source to operate the sensors will be nearby solar street lights.
